Tickets are available at Sills Home Hardware in Seaforth and the Seaforth Golf Club on the days it is open. Tickets can also be purchased at the TSF office at 80 Mary St Unit 3 in Clinton.

On Sunday, December 1st, they will be available during TSF’s Turkey Bingo Fundraiser at the Seaforth Legion from 1:30-4:30.

1. Calendar tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Calendar tickets can be purchased using cash, cheque or debit.

3. A maximum of 3,300 calendar tickets will be sold at a cost of $30.00 each and can be purchased until December 31, 2025.

4. Calendar tickets will be sold at various locations in Huron and Perth Counties (local businesses, local hockey games, door to door, Seaforth Homecoming, etc), and can be purchased online at https://www.tannerstefflerfoundation.com/ and https://www.c4thhomecoming.com/

5. After buying, purchasers will be provided, by the sellers, a copy of their calendar number that will be used for the draw. Numbers will start at 0001 and go to 3300.

6. The calendar ticket draws will occur every Tuesday for the following week at the Tanner Steffler Foundation Office in Clinton, Ontario. Calendar tickets must be purchased by the prior Friday to be entered into the draw for the following week. Two people will be in attendance, one to draw the calendar ticket and the other as a witness.

7. The winning calendar ticket will be drawn using physical tickets in the container they are stored in and then re-entered into the draw for the following week. The winner does not have to be present at the time of the draw.

8. Winners must agree to have their name published and posted online at https://www.tannerstefflerfoundation.com/ and https://www.c4thhomecoming.com/. Holiday Draws may also be drawn live on social media at the Tanner Steffler Foundation Office.

9. The Tanner Steffler Foundation will contact winners using the contact information provided at time of purchase (email/phone number).

10. Winners will be paid by cheque addressed to the calendar ticket purchaser.

11. The winning calendar ticket holder has six (6) months to claim their prize from the date of the draw.

12. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number for our report sheet.

13. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six (6) months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to the Tanner Steffler Foundation, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

14. There will be 365 daily calendar ticket draws: 261 weekday draws with winnings of $50 each and 104 weekend draws with winnings of $100 each.

15. There will be 7 additional Holiday Draws:

    Victoria Day Draw - Monday, May 19, 2025 - $1000.00
    Canada Day Draw - Tuesday, July 1, 2025 - $1000.00

    Thanksgiving Draw - Monday Oct 13, 2025 - $1000.00
    New Years Eve Draw - Wednesday, Dec 31, 2025 - $3,000.00

16. The following individuals are not eligible to purchase calendar tickets:

    1. Residents outside of Ontario

    2. Anyone under the age of 18

    3. Or any other restricted members such as the organization's board members, staff, and their immediate family members.
