TSF Connect

We are not a crisis support line. If you are in an emergency, please call Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team at 1-888-829-7484 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

TSF Connect is all about connecting people together and to community services and resources. We provide young people (ages 12-29) and their families with informal and formal support options for mental health and substance use. TSF Connect encompasses all of our programs and services.

If you would like to access support for your mental health or substance use, or if you have questions about services in Huron or Perth Counties, reach out to TSF through our dedicated phone line and get connected. Call or text 519-604-HOPE (4673).

Programs and Services

  • Our Youth Hub offers a safe, welcoming, quiet area where youth can gather during specific times to get support, do school work, hang out, and have fun. We also offer free programming activities that support youth though mental health and substance use challenges. Learn more HERE.

  • Listening to and empowering youth voice is a cornerstone of our foundation. Powered by Meridian Credit Union, the Youth Voice Bursary is an annual award of $500, awarded to two youth residing within Huron or Perth county who have shown a dedication to spreading awareness surrounding mental health and addiction in our community. Learn more HERE.

  • We offer assistance in navigating youth through Huron and Perth County Mental Health and Addiction resources and networks. We can help connect youth and their families to the various services available and will support your journey. Learn more HERE.

  • Listening to and empowering youth voice is one of our cornerstones. Our YAC meets bi-weekly to discuss needs in our community and to help guide the direction of TSF. YAC is now a registered Jack.org Community Chapter for Huron County! Learn more HERE.

  • We offer peer support to youth (12-29) and their caretakers through our Peer Support Program. Peer support connects individuals in need of support for mental health and/or substance use to a trained volunteer with lived experience. The journey can be hard, but you don't need to do it alone! Learn more HERE.

  • Supported by the United Way Youth in Action Grant, this self serve hygiene pantry is available for youth in our community, no questions asked. Learn more HERE.

  • LET’S GET REAL: Docu-Series is all about sharing stories of struggle, perseverance, and recovery. Through topics ranging from mental health and addiction to everything else in between, learn about the troubles and triumphs directly from the voices of those who live it. Learn more HERE.

  • We offer interactive, educational presentations and workshops on mental health, addiction, suicide awareness and prevention. Learn more HERE.

  • Funded by the Central Huron Donation Fund, we have created an internal survey to document the current state of youth mental health and substance use in our communities. See more HERE.
