Who We Support

We are not a crisis support line. If you are in an emergency, please call Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team at 1-888-829-7484 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

At TSF, we support young people (ages 12-29) and their families in Huron and Perth counties who experience a wide range of mental health and substance use disorder concerns and problems. It is never too early or too late to get support.

Below is an incomplete list of what we can support you with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Substance and alcohol use

  • Addiction (opioids, alcohol, marijuana, gaming, gambling, etc)

  • Relationship conflict (family, friends, partners

If you aren’t sure if we can support you, please email admin@tannerstefflerfoundation.com or call or text 519-604-4673 and leave a message. Your call will be returned within 24-48 hours.

  • Loss and grief

You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support.
