Youth Mental Health and Substance Use Survey

Funded by the Central Huron Community Foundation, TSF has created an internal survey to get an overview on the current state of mental health and substance use among young people (12-29) in Huron County.

This non-clinical survey aims to get accurate data on:
- Amount of young people experiencing poor mental health and/or substance use
- Knowledge of poor mental health and problematic substance use
- Knowledge of protective factors and available community support services
- If young people feel they have support for their mental health/substance use
- If young people feel they are able to support other people experiencing mental health/substance use problems

Collecting this data will help us understand how we can better support young people in our community and provide getting up-to-date data for our area. The data collected will be compiled into infographics and will be available for review on our website at a later date.
