Speak with our Intake Coordinator and Navigator and tell us about your unique situation. The Navigator will use this information to support you and identify what resources may work best for you - and if something doesn’t work, no worries! We will try something else until we find what works for you.
Receive ongoing support. Something not working for you? Unsure how to access a specific service? Have questions about service wait times? Our Navigator will reach out as frequently or infrequently as you would like to ensure that you have what you need.
